As Senior Account Manager France, you’ll play a key role in turning that vision into reality. You’ll contribute to our mission by building trusted relationships with new and existing French- and English-speaking customers, guiding them from first engagement through successful adoption, and helping organisations introduce OpenProject as a sustainable, open source alternative.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, with a focus on French-speaking customers by identifying and tailoring solutions to their individual needs, making sure they receive a timely response and suggesting best practices to them.
Conduct demo sessions for OpenProject prospects (in person and remote) and clients based on customer needs
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Lead and accomplish Proof of Concepts to successfully introduce OpenProject at large organisations, managing stakeholder interactions and providing training and consulting support
Represent our team at conferences, connecting with clients and partners and presenting OpenProject, delivering talks, taking part in podcasts or other French interviews.
Collaborate with our partners to deliver the best solutions for new customers.
Work hands-on where needed, while also thinking systemically about how your work fits into the bigger picture.
Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment, adapting your message to different audiences and contexts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure shared understanding and coordinated execution.
Bring in your own approaches, insights, and lessons learned from previous roles and experiences.
